Camera Enforceable Violations

Messrs. Keenan, Montigny and Brady move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 2, by inserting after the word “vehicle”, in line 243, the following words:- “; provided, that if a photograph does identify the vehicle operator, passengers or the contents of the vehicle, no camera enforceable violation shall issue”
