Duration of holding on to photos

Messrs. Tarr and Montigny move that the proposed new draft be amended by striking in line 241 the following:- "To the extent practicable, additional efforts shall be made to ensure that photographs produced by an automated road safety camera system do not identify the vehicle operator, the passengers or the contents of the vehicle" and inserting in place thereof the following:- "Photographs produced by an automated road safety camera which identify the vehicle operator, the passengers or the contents of the vehicle shall be destroyed unless preserved pursuant to a court order"
