Increased fine for school bus violations

Messrs. Fattman, Montigny and O'Connor move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting, in line 57,  after the word “violation” the following:-

“except when passing a school bus when its warning signals are activated in violation of section 14 of said chapter 90, which will result in an automatic $250 fine per violation.”
