Corrective Amendment

Mr. Rodrigues moves that the proposed new draft be amended in section 2, by inserting after the word “commonwealth” in line 31, the following words:- “, other than a limited access highway,”; and

in said section 2, by striking out, in line 65, the words “department of public safety” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “Massachusetts Department of Transportation”;  and

in said section 2, by striking out, in line 185, the words "to operate a motor vehicle of the lessee or rentee" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- "of the lessee or rentee to operate a motor vehicle in the commonwealth"; and

in said section 2, by inserting after the word “A”, in line 244, the following words:- “city or town or a”.
