Assessing low fines

Messrs. Boncore and O'Connor move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting in Section 2, subsection (c), the following:-

“If the report from a city or town to the Massachusetts Department of Transportation shows that an automated road safety camera system did not result in any fines or warnings, the camera shall be removed.”
