Massachusetts Identification Card

Messrs. Tarr, Pacheco, O'Connor, Fattman and Tran move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting after section _ the following new section:-

"SECTION _.Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, a homeless individual or an unaccompanied homeless youth shall not automatically be registered to vote unless said homeless individual or an unaccompanied homeless youth is qualified pursuant to the provisions of chapter 51 of the general laws"
