Corrective Amendment

Mr. Rodrigues moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 1, by inserting after the word “staff”, in line 37, the following words:- “, by occupation,”;

in said section 1, in the second paragraph of subsection (b), by adding the following sentence:- “All data collected pursuant to this section shall be available for download from the department of public health’s website in a machine-readable format consistent with commonly available data analysis software.”; and

in section 3, by striking out, in lines 124 and 125, the words “that the department of public health determines is”.
