Redraft Amendment 10

Allowing for alternate mailing addresses

Mr. Hinds, Ms. Rausch, Messrs. Feeney and Cyr, Ms. Moran and Mr. Velis move that the proposed new text be amended in section 6, by striking out, in lines 75 and 76, the words "and (ii)"  and inserting in place thereof the following words:-  “(ii) allow a voter to designate the mailing address to which the ballot shall be sent; and (iii)”.
