Costs associated with this act

Messrs. Tarr, Moore and Welch, Ms. Comerford and Mr. Timilty move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-

SECTION_.The commonwealth shall reimburse municipalities the costs to implement this act within 30 days of the receipt of the report required under section 21 of this act
