Voting access for voters with disabilities

Ms. Creem, Ms. Rausch, Messrs. Feeney and Eldridge, Ms. Comerford, Messrs. Velis, Tarr and Cyr move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after Section XX the following new section: --

SECTION XX. The state secretary shall report to the senate and house committee on ways and means and the joint committee on election laws not later than six months after the enactment of this legislation on how the secretary can make voting more accessible for voters with disabilities specifically through online voting options."
