Ms. Rausch, Ms. Chang-Diaz and Mr. Eldridge move that the proposed new text be amended by striking in Section 11, in lines 278-279 the words “town council or may vote to change any polling place” and inserting in place thereof the following:- town council or city council may, by recorded and public vote, change any polling place
