Seasonably Filed an Application

Mr. Brady moves that the proposed new text be amended in Section 6(g)(1)  by striking out, in line 110, the words:- “; provided, that a voter who has seasonably filed an application may receive an early voting ballot in person at the office of the city or town clerk”
