Absentee Voting Violations

Mr. Fattman moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-

SECTION XXXX. Section 27 of chapter 56 is hereby amended by striking out the word “more”, each time it appears, and inserting in place thereof the following word:- “less”.
