O'Connor, Fattman and Timilty and Ms. Lovely move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 65, by inserting after the word “commonwealth”, in line 1206, the following words:- “, including, but not limited to, the appropriate level of personal protective equipment at health care facilities to ensure the health of facility personnel and patients,
