Ensuring Access To PPE

Messrs. Timilty, Feeney, Eldridge, Welch and O'Connor move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting at the end thereof the following section:-

"SECTION XX. All health care facilities must maintain on site a 90-day supply of personal protection equipment that meets the standards in place as of January 1, 2020.
