Telehealth study reviews patient access barriers

Ms. Comerford, Messrs. Hinds, Welch and Cyr, Ms. Moran, Ms. Gobi and Ms. Chang-Diaz move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 70, by striking out, in line 1294, the word “for” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “, including access to broadband internet and cellular telephone service, for patients and”.
