Reimbursement for Chapter 71B Schools

Messrs. Keenan, Timilty, O'Connor and Welch move that the proposed new text be amended in Section 2A, by inserting, in line 29 after the word “sites”, the following:- “; provided further, that schools approved under chapter 71B shall be eligible for reimbursement on expenses occurred during the pandemic over and above tuition rates set by the bureau of purchased services within the operational services division pursuant to section 22N of chapter 7 of the general laws”.
