Amendment 22

Relative to funding for the Special Commission on Correctional Funding

Mr. Brownsberger moves that the proposed new text be amended by adding the following new section after Section 14:-

SECTION 15.   Item 1599-8020 of said section 2 of said chapter 41 is hereby amended by adding the following words:- and such funds shall be made available until June 30, 2021;

and by renumbering the following sections accordingly.
