Municipal Budgets

Messrs. Barrett and O'Connor move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting the following sections:

SECTION XX.  Subsection (b) of section 33B of chapter 44 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the words “during the first 15 days" and inserting in place thereof “through December 31st”.

SECTION XX.  Section XX shall be repealed effective January 1st, 2021.
