Sexual Assault Crisis Information for Higher Education Students

Ms. Rausch, Messrs. Eldridge, O'Connor and Barrett move that the proposed new text be amended in section 2A, in item 7066-6829, by inserting after the word "officials", in line 164, the following words:- “; provided further, that funding from this item may be used to issue student identification cards to include sexual assault crisis information, including, but not limited to, rape crisis hotline phone numbers; provided further, that existing student identification cards shall not be required to be reprinted and reissued”.
