Distance learning technology

Mr. Pacheco moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2G, in item 1100-2514, by adding the following words:- “provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended equally to the towns of Berkley, Carver, Dighton, Marion and Raynham to provide necessary technology for distance learning for underserved students; provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended equally to the cities of Bridgewater and Taunton and the towns of Middleborough and Wareham to provide necessary technology for distance learning for underserved students”; and

in said section 2G, in said item 1100-2514, by striking out the figure “$375,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$875,000”.
