Fishing and Agricultural Innovation Fund

Messrs. Tarr, O'Connor and Montigny and Ms. Moran move that the proposed new text be amended in section 2G, in item 1100-2514, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, than not less than $1,000,000 shall be transferred to the Fishing Innovation Fund established under section 35JJJ of chapter 10 of the General Laws; provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be transferred to the Agricultural Innovation Fund established under section 35KKK of said chapter 10"; and

in said section 2G, in said item 1100-2514, by striking out the figure “$375,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$2,375,000”.
