Bread of Life expansion of services

Mr. Lewis moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2A, line item 7004-2020, by adding the following:- "provided further that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for Bread of Life in the city of Malden for the Under One Roof capital campaign to expand services addressing food insecurity and homelessness."
