Imminent Harm and Physical Force

Messrs. Keenan, Brady and Montigny move to amend the bill in section 55, in line 1094, by inserting after the word “harm” the following words:- “to the law enforcement officer or person”; and in line 1098, by inserting after the words “harm to” the following words:- “ the law enforcement officer or”; and in line 1106, by inserting after the words “harm to” the following words:- “ the law enforcement officer or”; and in line 1133, by striking out the words “their direct” and inserting in place thereof the words “an appropriate”.
