Appeal Process

Mr. O'Connor moves to amend the bill by striking out, in lines 623 and 624, the words “may be appealed under said sections 41 to 45, inclusive, of said chapter 31”, and inserting in place thereof the following words:- "may not be appealed under sections 41 to 45, inclusive of chapter 31, but may be appealed as provided in section 43 of this chapter."
