Minority Appointments

Messrs. Tarr, Brady, O'Connor and Tran move to amend the bill by inserting in line 10 after the word, "caucus" the following:-"1 member appointed by the minority leader of  the senate from a list of not less then 5 nominees from the Massachusetts branches of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People New England Area Conference and the Massachusetts Black and Latino Legislative Caucus and 1 member appointed by the minority leader of the house from a list of not less than 5 nominees from the Massachusetts branches of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People New England Area Conference and the Massachusetts Black and Latino Legislative Caucus".
