Job order contracts

Messrs. Tarr and Keenan move that the proposed new text be amended in Section 4:

By inserting after “tasks”, in line 378, the words “at stated unit prices determined by local, direct costs for labor”;

By striking out in line 382 the words “solely of combination”;

By striking out in line 383 the words “material and equipment”;

By striking out in lines 385 to 387, inclusive, the words “ “Maintenance”’ routine operation, routine maintenance, routine repair, rehabilitation, capital maintenance, maintenance replacement and any other categories of maintenance that may be designed by the department.”;

By striking out in line 395, the first time it appears, the words “job order” and inserting in place thereof the following word “consulting”;

By striking out in line 398 the words “be estimated to”;

By striking out in line 413 the word “estimate”;

By striking out in line 419 striking the words “mark up over” and inserting in place thereof the words “adjustment factor, or lowest combination of adjustment factors to”
