Local option sales tax surcharge

Ms. DiZoglio, Messrs. Tran and Tarr move that the proposed new text be amended in section 5, by striking out, in line 462, the word “sales,”; and

in said section 5, by striking out, in lines 684-685, the words “and the identification of each individual vendor collecting the surcharge on sales tax collected under this chapter”.
