Seasonable Liquor License

Messrs. Tarr and O'Connor move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after SECTION _ the following new SECTION:-

"SECTION_. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, any municipal licensing board authorized to issue seasonal pouring liquor licenses pursuant to chapter 138 of the general laws, may extend the time during which licenses are permitted to operate by a period of not more then three months, during calendar years 2020 and 2021.

The provisions of this section shall expire on December 31, 2021."
