Corrective Amendment

Mr. Hinds moves to amend the bill by striking out the words “90 days following the conclusion of the state of emergency concerning the novel coronavirus disease outbreak declared by the governor on March 10, 2020” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “the lifting of the state of emergency concerning the novel coronavirus disease outbreak declared by the governor on March 10, 2020 or for 90 days from July 31, 2020, whichever is sooner”.
