POST construct

Mr. Whelan of Brewster moves to amend the bill by striking in lines 614 and 615 the following:-  “social worker appointed from a list of 5 nominations submitted by the National Association of Social Workers, Inc., Massachusetts chapter;” and inserting in place thereof the following: “forensic psychiatrist with experience in diagnosing and treating cases related to first-responders and cumulative post-traumatic stress disorder, from a list of 5 nominations submitted by Psychiatric Faculty of the University of Massachusetts Medical School Fellowship in Forensic Psychiatry”
