Police Training Definition

Mr. González of Springfield moves to amend the bill amend the bill, in section 30, by striking out, in line 1190, the words “section 15.” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- section 15. The regulations promulgated jointly by the commission and the municipal police training committee shall include definitions for the terms “necessary”, “imminent harm” and “totality of the circumstances” as used in this section and section 15.
