Reinstatement of certification after suspension

Messrs. Tarr and Fattman move to amend the bill in Section 99 by inserting in line 2124, after the words, "and any discipline imposed," the following:-"Discipline that was issued, and complaints or allegations of misconduct that preceded the effective date of this section shall not be the basis for a decertification action by the Massachusetts peace officer standards and training commission"
