Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend the bill moves to concur with the Senates in its amendment with a still further amendment in section 1, in lines 95, 400, 401 and 403, by inserting after the word “department”, in each instance, the words “of higher education”; and

in line 212, by inserting after the word “commissioner” the words “of higher education”.
