Corrective Amendment

Mr. Rodrigues moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 1, by striking out, in lines 77 and 78, the words “or (ii) the sale or purchase of any previously-owned product containing a chemical flame retardant prohibited under this section” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “(ii) the sale or purchase of any previously-owned product containing a chemical flame retardant prohibited under this section; (iii) electronic devices; and (iv) electronic components of covered products”.
