Fairmount Rapid Transit Pilot

Mr. Collins moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1595-6368, by adding the following:- "provided that not less than $2,000,000 shall be expended to implement a two-year rapid transit pilot program on the Fairmount Line, provided that said pilot shall begin no later than December 1, 2019, provided further that said pilot program shall include peak service at intervals of no longer than 15 minutes" .
