Fallen First-Responders Memorial Fund

Messrs. O'Connor, deMacedo and Tarr moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, by inserting after item 0511-0200 the following item:

“xxxx-xxxx For the Fallen First-Responders Memorial Fund, which shall provide assistance to municipalities in constructing memorials for fallen police officers or firefighters who died in the line of duty in the year prior to the passage of this Act and retroactively since the beginning of the 2018 calendar year…………………………………. $50,000”
