Registry of Deeds Technology Fund

Messrs. Brady, Timilty, Feeney, Pacheco, Crighton, Keenan and O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 3, by adding the following new section:-

"SECTION XXXX. Section 31 of Chapter 9 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking in lines 9 and 12, the figure “2020” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “2025” and;

Section 41 of Chapter 36 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking in lines 9 and 12, in each instance, the figure:- “2020” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “2025".
