Free MBTA Service to Gold Star Parents

Messrs. Tran and Tarr moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section 80 the following section:- "SECTION XX. Chapter 161A of the general laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after section 50 the following new section:- Section 51. The authority shall offer free services to the parents and spouses of US military personnel killed in the line of duty. The secretary of transportation shall promulgate rules and regulations for the implementation of this section."
