Preventing net loss

Ms. Jehlen, Messrs. Brady, Eldridge, Timilty, Tran and Kennedy, Ms. Gobi, Mr. O'Connor, Ms. Rausch, Messrs. Fattman, Humason, Moore and Tarr moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, by inserting after item 7061-0008, the following item:-

"xxxx-xxxx For a reserve to provide additional state aid to any community for which the net state revenue as calculated by subtracting all state assessments and charges from all state receipts would equal a net reduction in aid revenue as compared to the same in FY2019; provided, that any amount dispersed to a community from this item shall equal the difference between net state revenue in FY2019 and the amount due under this act …………$10,000,000."
