Mr. deMacedo moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7000-9501, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the Kingston Town Library"; and by striking out the figure "$9,901,081" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$9,926,081".
