Protecting Victims and Witnesses from Violent Offenders

Messrs. Cyr, O'Connor, deMacedo and Welch and Ms. Lovely moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 0840-0100, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for training programs for victim witness advocates in district attorneys’ offices” and

in said section 2, in said item 0840-0100, by striking out the figure “$907,790” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$1,007,790”.
