Victims of Human Trafficking Trust Fund

Messrs. Montigny, Feeney, Timilty and O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 73, by inserting at the end thereof the following sentence:-

"The comptroller shall transfer $200,000 from the General Fund to the Victims of Human Trafficking Trust Fund established in section 66A of chapter 10 of the General Laws not later than September 1, 2020."
