Nursing Home Sustainability Task Force

Ms. Jehlen, Messrs. Tarr, O'Connor and Moore moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 68, by striking out, in line 11, the  number “5” and  inserting in place thereof the following number:- “6”;

and further by inserting after the word “Inc.,” ,in line 14, the following words:- “1 of whom shall be a representative of Massachusetts Advocates for Nursing Home Reform,”;

and further by inserting after the word “section” in line 35, the following words:- “The task force shall also consider and recommend changes in regulations, funding, federal waivers, and workforce initiatives to ensure a full and sustainable continuum of care."
