MRVP Program Improvements

Messrs. Crighton, Welch and Moore, Ms. Jehlen, Messrs. Eldridge and Barrett, Ms. Comerford, Messrs. Kennedy, Brady, Collins, Timilty, Finegold, O'Connor, Feeney and Fattman moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-9024, by inserting, after the words “provided further, that for mobile vouchers currently leased, the new rent level shall not begin until the anniversary date of the lease” the following words:- “; provided further, that the monthly administrative fee for all vouchers shall be not less than $50.00 per voucher, per month; provided further that the department shall release a plan on distributing any newly funded vouchers on or before August 1, 2019;”; and by striking out the figure “$104,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$124,000,000”.
