Technical Assistance for Black and Latino Businesses

Messrs. Collins, Lesser, O'Connor and Moore moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7007-0800, by inserting after “Department of Defense” the following:

“; and provided further, that funds shall be expended to implement the recommendations of the Black Advisory Commission and the Latino Advisory Commission”; and in said item by striking out the figure "$1,186,222" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:-  $1,426,222.
