Messrs. Welch, Lesser and O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7002-0012, by adding the following , "provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for the New England Farm Workers’ Council inc"; and by striking out the figure “$14,442,500” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “14,692,500”.
