Mr. Welch moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following:- “provided that not less than $20,000 be expended for It's West Springfield, Inc."; and in said item, by striking out the figure “$163,176” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$183,176”.
