Ms. Creem moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 9110-9002, by inserting the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $15,000 shall be expended for financial assistance for qualified seniors in the city of Newton to receive the services of Newton At Home, Inc.”; and

in said section 2, in said item 9110-9002, by striking out the figure "$16,740,125" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$16,755,125".
