Union of Minority Neighborhoods

Mr. Eldridge moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7002-0010, by adding the following:-

"; provided further, that not less than $175,000 shall be expended for a grant to the Union of Minority Neighborhoods”;

and in said item by striking out the figures "$2,303,456” and inserting in place thereof the figures "$2,478,456".
